What is Building Extensions?

STEP 1 : GET CONSENT LETTER FROM NEIGHBOURS

STEP 2 : Hire Architect To Prepare Building Plans
Hire an architect to prepare the building plans for your extension. Or you can call us to help up on your building plans.
STEP 3 : Get Approval For Development Order
Obtain the approval of the Development Order from municipal council if extension work exceed 50% of the original floor area.

STEP 5 : Start Renovation Work After Approval
Ensure construction work commence only after proposed extension / renovation application has been approved
